During the initial contact, we want to get to know your company and your plans. We invite you to discuss your growth plans with us.
As a preparation for our initial meeting, we require the following information:
- Business plan / short description of the company
- Shareholder structure
- Financials: The last two annual financial statements, as well as the medium-term plan
- Capital need and use of the funds
Term sheet - Letter of intent
The key points of our investment agreement are worked out in close collaboration and set out in a term sheet (letter of intent)
During the due diligence phase, the key aspects with relevance from an economical and legal point of view are evaluated by independent professional services firms.
The singing of the investment agreement also marks the beginning of an intensive collaboration.
